Experience

Estate Watch, LLC

Founder. January 2026 to present.

  • Founded a South Carolina probate services company built on free software: families get state probate forms, statutory deadlines, and a cost estimate at no charge, and pay only for non-legal work they choose to hand off, from publishing creditor notices and ordering death certificates to coordinating local vendors such as locksmiths, cleanouts, estate sales, and appraisers.
  • Fully directed AI-assisted development of the platform, which walks families through eight South Carolina probate court forms and calculates the statutory filing fee from the estate’s value, backed by more than 1,100 automated tests.
  • Analyzed 5,049 Greenville County estate administrations to learn where families most need support. 59.7% had no attorney of record and the median estate took 371 days to close, which focused the product on plain-language guidance for families handling probate themselves.
  • Won $4,000 in prize funding: third place ($2,500) and the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Impact Award ($1,000) at Wofford’s Terrier Startup Challenge, plus $500 from the Sullivan Foundation. One of five presenters at its showcase at the Piedmont Club in Atlanta.

More about Estate Watch.

Keller Williams Realty

Real Estate Agent. August 2026 to present.

  • Meeting with prospective buyers. The practice runs separately from Estate Watch, which does not recommend agents and earns nothing from home sales.
